Sock Shot Sit-Up Challenge
Grab some socks, a basket or bucket, and a 1 minute countdown and challenge yourself to see how many sit ups and basketball shots you can successfully complete! If you think this sounds a bit weird - it probably is! But it’ll be fun, and it will strengthen your abdominal muscles while you have fun! Challenge your teacher, class or whānau to beat your score!
Obstacle Course
Design an obstacle course for your whānau or class to complete. Think about what equipment you will need, and what challenges you can invent that need completing - think balancing, dodging, climbing, jumping. Perhaps add a time limit to put the pressure on! Create a document in your PE/Health folder to share your planning and final course with your teacher. Then film it! Winner gets to challenge the whole class to the course!
